The staff of The Pelican knows you want your vacation to be hassle-free. So for your convenience, the "fine print" is provided below—in actual readable type.

All room rates based upon double occupancy; each additional person is $15/day.

Rooms B-3, B-5, C-3, and C-5 all have 1/2 baths (toilet and sink).

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED (towels, bed sheets, pillow covers).

Note: Holiday rates are not included in posted rates. Posted rates are subject to change without notice.

New Jersey state 6% sales tax is not included in posted rates.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to your check-in date to reserve your room. Installment payments are accepted. The remaining 50% is due at time of check-in.

No refunds within 1 week, otherwise $30 charge for cancellation fees.
